Shipping and Handling / Risk of Loss

Product prices are exclusive of shipping and handling. Waterproductsdirect uses reputable carriers and ships at your direction. You are contracting directly with the carrier. Risk of loss or damage to products in transit is yours. In the event of product damage or loss during transit, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier.

Returns

Waterproductsdirect uses only the most reputable suppliers and products. In the event you have a defective, damaged or missing part please notify Waterproductsdirect at ______________. Include a complete description of your problem. Waterproductsdirect will usually respond within 3 business days.

All other returns not due to shipping and handling damage or loss will be based on the policy of the specific supplier of your purchase(s). Consult your warranty if applicable.

No return will be accepted without a return authorization number.

All return requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. You may be responsible for the cost of return shipping charges. Returns must be made in the original packaging.

A restocking fee may be charged. Waterproductsdirect will respond to your request for return authorization, usually within 3 business days. A return authorization is valid for 14 days from issuance. If you return a product to Waterproductsdirect without the proper return authorization or the return authorization is beyond the 14 day issuance period, or without the proper original packaging, Waterproductsdirect reserves the right to refuse such return or charge you a restocking fee.

Emails for a return authorization number must include the following information:

Name of purchaser
Address of purchaser
Telephone number of purchaser
Description of product purchased
Date of purchase
Reason for return request
Additional information upon request

We will attempt to credit your return in the same method the purchase was made within 60 days.



Good Water Warehouse, Inc Terms and Conditions

All shipments are F.O.B. Food Water Warehouse, Inc., Fullerton, CA. by method of customer instructions. Packaging is included that is satisfactory for trucking, air, or containerized shipment at no additional charge.

A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be obtained from Good Water Warehouse, Inc., within 45 days before any returns can be shipped. All returns for warranty considerations must be shipped prepaid, Freight collect returns will not be accepted, Returns determined to be in warranty will be replaced or repaired, and will be returned to the purchaser prepaid by surface freight,

Shipments are the purchaser’s responsibility. All shipments must be inspected for damages and counted for shortages at the time of delivery, Freight claims must be made immediately and directly to the freight carrier. Any damage or discrepancy must be noted and reported to Good Water Warehouse immediately (714-441-2893) within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise or claim will not be accepted,

Minimum restocking charge is 20% or $50.oo, whichever is higher, Orders shipped incorrectly are not subject to restock charge and correct items will be shipped prepaid by surface freight. Orders placed but canceled after the order has been processed and sent to shipping will be subject to a minimum 10% cancellation fee ($50.00 minimum).

Hydrotech prefers all issues regarding damaged or missing parts as well return questions be handled through Waterproductsdirect. If you have any questions in this area we will be glad to assist you.

Damage in shipping must be handled by the receiver through the freight company.

TOPWAY GLOBAL WARRANTY – RETURN INFORMATION

Thoroughly review warranty information included with your product.

Topway Global’s warranty covers defects in parts. Shipping both ways as well as labor is not covered. Most warranty issues with new systems are the result of an incorrect installation or an inexperienced installer. If a system is returned for this reason, Topway Global will charge for labor and shipping.

Missing items are generally replaced without question via regular UPS.

Damaged items not caused by shipping are handled on a case by case basis. Topway Global has excellent quality control and packaging procedures that nearly eliminate damage prior to shipping,

Pelican WARRANTY – RETURN INFORMATION
Serviced through Water Products Direct

All Pelican Whole House Water Filters have a 90-Day Money back guarantee. Replacement medias are not returnable once opened, poured or unsealed.

General Return Policy

All return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or manufacture’s defect.

All returns must have a RMA before being returned or the return shipment may be refused by Water Products Direct. Call 1-702-387-2649 and speak with customer service to get the RMA. All returns must also contain all parts that were sent, along with all original packaging. If an item is returned without all parts, your refund may be subject to a 15% restock fee. All returns due to a “change of heart” are subject to a refund under the above and shipping to the customer will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Procedure

All orders placed online may be returned except special orders, for a full refund if the product falls under Pelican’s return period and Water Products Direct’s return policy listed below. Shipping fees are not refundable, All refund amounts will be based on Pelican’s warranty and return policy. Refunds will be issued back using the payment method used when you placed the order. Refunds take up to 14 business days to process once we receive the returned item.

Returns without an RMA

Returned orders without an RMA that fall within the return policy of both Pelican and Water Products Direct will be subject to a refund minus shipping both ways.

Returned orders without an RMA that do not fall within the return policy of either Water Products Direct or Pelican will be issued no refund and customer will be contacted to arrange return shipment to them or the package may be refused upon delivery to the product supplier.

Order Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order for any item provided that the order has not entered the shipping process. If the item you want to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled by you or the customer service department. However, you can return the item using the refund procedure above.

Refused Shipments

If an item is refused upon delivery at no fault of Water Products Direct, the customer will be charged a 15% restock fee. Water Products Direct can not be liable for the shipping charges if the item is refused before delivery. Freight packages that are refuse will be charged a 15% restock fee in addition to freight charges both ways. For returns that don’t qualify for the manufacture’s money back guarantee due to improper installation, improper use and/or neglectful damage, no refund/credit will be given after the time period listed by Pelican .

Damage Claims

All damage claims on deliveries must be made within 15 days of arrival to customer’s home, All returned product must be in reasonable condition for resale, All damaged returns will be subject to a 15% restock fee or total retail cost of all damaged parts, whichever is higher and shipping. Water Products Direct is not responsible for damaged equipment being returned,

We know you have a lot of choices when it comes to water ionizers. We do not feel as though we can fully express the value and benefits of our products on this website. Because of this we offer a full 60 day satisfaction guarantee. This means if you are not convinced that you purchased the greatest water ionizer in the world, you can return it for a full refund within 60 days from your date of receipt.*

All Tyent water ionizers carry a 5 year limited warranty. The warranty covers all manufacturers’ defects, as well as any problems that were not a misuse or abuse of the unit. Abuse includes using the unit in a matter inconsistent with the directions in the owner’s manual, as well as breakage resulting from dropping the unit or other carelessness.

Our technicians will try to troubleshoot any problems via telephone first. If we cannot find a solution over the phone, we will cover the cost to have the unit shipped to an authorized repair center.

All repairs are handled in the USA. If we cannot fix your problem within 14 days, we will send you a comparable replacement which could include a new or refurbished unit depending on age of unit and circumstances.
